Allotments
All teams that wish to apply for external competitions through the ADR Board must ensure that all the participants hold the mandatory attendance mark of 85% as mentioned in the ADR Policy 2024-25.

The format for application will be:
1. Name, Class, Registration Number and Attendance Percentage of the members of the Team
2. Team Code
3. Rank of the Team in the respective Internal Ranking Rounds (Mediation & Client Counselling)
4. POC Email ID and Phone No.
5. Preference List (If applying for multiple competitions)

Documents required for Post-Allotment procedures:

1. Permission Letter addressed to the Associate Dean and Head of Department
2. Undertaking by Participant
3. Undertaking for Attendance
4. Undertaking by Guardian
5. Attendance from Knowledge Pro *
6. Proof of Allotment
7. Cover Page of Brochure, stating the dates of the competition

* In case of shortage of attendance, the student must add a special letter of permission to attend the
competition even with the shortage of attendance. Only students with attendance over 85% with extra-curricular leaves (yellow forms) will be allowed the special permission. They must add a colored printout
of the absent details where the hours missed are highlighted in green, on the KP.
